Challenge – Many people thrive on a challenge and working with children provides you with many of these. I was certainly lucky enough to enjoy a carefree childhood, climbing trees and playing for hours at a time with my two other siblings. I chose this career path because I consider myself to have so much patience for children. You love being around children.
