NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program Overview The National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (NSFGRFP) awards three-year scholarships for graduate study in mathematical, physical, biological, engineering and behavioral and social sciences, including the history of science. The Graduate School supports NSF Graduate Research Fellows who choose to attend one of our graduate programs and recognizes the value of their activities at Virginia Tech.
